Nesha Canvas Creations

A creative space to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover your inner child through art, science, and psychology.

For those who feel a little disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply curious about themselves, this is your space to come back home to you.

No pressure. No perfection. Just presence.

At Nesha Canvas Creations, art is not about being “good at art”, it’s about how it makes you feel.

This is for you if you’re looking for:

  • A break from daily noise and overwhelm

  • Science & psychology informed art experiences

  • Joy, curiosity, and inner child healing through art

  • Freedom to create without pressure or perfection

My Creative experiences are designed to feel calming, grounding, and deeply human.

Art & Affirmations Painting Workshops

A space to support wellbeing, encourage healing through creativity, and provide practical tools for everyday life.

Educational, research-backed, and shaped by my own lived experience. These creative workshops create a calm and welcoming space for both adults and children to slow down, be present, and create freely without pressure or perfection. More than art, these sessions are about self-expression, emotional awareness, and reconnecting with yourself through creativity in a way that feels authentic, mindful, and healing.

Wellbeing Fair

Yearly wellbeing fairs, held during Mental Health Awareness Week, bring people together through mixed-modality health-care, connection, and community.

Join us for an in-person event, based in London, featuring entrepreneurs, charities, wellbeing practitioners, coaches, mentors, and nutritionists, all dedicated to supporting mental health and inspiring healthier living. What happens at our events goes beyond the day itself, giving people practical tools, meaningful conversations, and everyday habits that support a healthier, more balanced life.

*Applications open on 11th January 2027, closing date 2nd April 2027. Link will be added in due course.

Personal Development Coaching

If you struggle to say no, fear being judged, or find yourself holding back from fully expressing who you are, you’re in the right place.

I offer coaching focused on helping you break free from people-pleasing, strengthen your resilience to rejection, and step into greater visibility with confidence. This is about helping you feel more secure in yourself, so you can make choices that reflect who you really are.

Maybe this is your sign to pause.

To take a break. To create. To feel something again.

About Nesha Canvas Creations

My journey into this work began during one of the most difficult times in my life. Suicide.

Creativity became a way for me to cope, to feel, and slowly find my way back to myself. What started as something deeply personal soon began to resonate with others and that’s when I realised this wasn’t just my healing, it was something I was meant to share.

Today, I create safe, fun workshops where people can reconnect with themselves through creativity, share my artwork, and explore personal development coaching without pressure, judgement, or expectation.
