Nesha Canvas Creations
was created with a simple belief:

Creativity can heal, ground, and reconnect us to ourselves.

At Nesha Canvas Creations, I believe art is so much more than painting or making something “look good.” Creativity can make us feel calm, capable, playful, and fully present.

My workshops blend art, psychology, and science-backed wellbeing practices to create safe, uplifting spaces where people of all ages can explore, express emotions, and create freely, without the need to be perfect.

Whether you’re exploring creativity for the first time or rediscovering parts of yourself you’ve forgotten along the way, this space was made for you.

Hi, I’m Nesha.

My journey into this work began from one of the darkest places in my life.

After coming close to taking my own life, I found myself searching for something that could help me stay. What I discovered, and slowly returned to, was creativity. I began painting again, not with any pressure or expectation, but simply as a way to cope, to feel, and to process. Creativity became my anchor, but also a doorway back to myself.

What was once personal began to resonate with others, and that’s when I realised art wasn’t just for me, it was something to enjoy with others.

My Journey

For over a decade, my journey has been one of healing through creativity, guided by lived experience, training, and holistic exploration. Drawing from my cultural roots in Hindu philosophy, I incorporate the concept of 'samadhi', a state of deep meditative absorption and oneness. These ancient teachings are woven into my offerings, where creativity becomes a practice of presence, allowing you to access stillness, flow, and a deeper connection to self.

Through workshops, community experiences, and 1:1 coaching, I invite people into a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment where they can explore their creativity freely, no pressure, no rules, just expression.

My Approach

My work is about supporting your emotional and mental wellbeing by helping people build self-confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and develop the courage to live authentically.

Together, we reconnect with the playful, curious parts of ourselves that often get buried beneath self-doubt, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or fear of judgement.

My approach combines lived experience with professional care, creating a supportive space where people can grow, express themselves freely, and thrive.
